Day 2

I slipped up a bit yesterday. That, or I didn't make very good food choices, as I only had 8pts left for dinner. Going to be a few of those days, just have to remind myself that just because I slipped up once, doesn't mean the whole day is a wash.

Breakfast
Whole grain waffle & peanut butter
Chobani peach fruit on the bottom

Lunch
Chicken salad salad
Smart pop

Dinner
Greek quinoa
Side salad

Snacks
Chocolate fat free pudding
Grapes

Here's to today. This eliminating most carbs isn't terrible. However, I did get nervous after breakfast when I began the day with a carb. Better to start than end, right?

I've been sleeping much better. Much better so that Craig tells me every morning that I steal the cover. Tough luck, bud! Go to bed earlier :)

As a plus, drewski is doing much better. I went to visit but he was sleeping. I did get to FaceTime with him though! He seemed like he's getting back to his old self. He couldn't wait to talk to Craig, then pretended like he was sleeping!
