My attempt at keeping track of my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I don't know why this has been so difficult for me, but I'm tired of the way I look, the way I feel and the way I see myself.
Starting Weight: 181
Goal Weight: 150
Time Frame: 3 Months (February 28)
I'm choosing to track my points to start (WW, but the free version so I know how many points my foods are). I'm not going to jumpstart a crazy workout regime, but I am trying to move around more. Prepping food every day has kept me on my feet longer.
Last night I slept great. I don't know if it was because I was putting better foods into my body, but it felt great.
Soooo....here goes nothing! :)
I will start posting daily foods tomorrow.
